AyÅŸe Ilgaz Carden '66 Psychology Award

 

Established in 2001 in honor of the late AyÅŸe Ilgaz Carden ’66, Professor of Psychology, who has been described as an extraordinary teacher who demanded excellence and inspired her students to continue to learn. This award is intended for a Psychology major who has either been accepted to graduate school, is in graduate school, or in the judgment of the department of psychology, is highly likely to be accepted to graduate school.

Miriam Drucker Award for Excellence in Psychology

Miriam Drucker Research Travel Award

 

This award was created in 2009 and is given to psychology majors to offset the cost of attending a conference to present their research. This award was created by the Psychology Department and funded by friends of the college in honor of Miriam Drucker, who was a faculty member of the department for many years.
